Course Fee: $13,900 USD
Non-refundable Reservation Deposit: $2,000 USD (required to secure your place)
Payment Requirements
The total course fee ($13,900 USD) must be fully paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled start date of your selected training session. Failure to complete payment in full by this deadline will result in the forfeiture of your reserved place, including the non-refundable $2,000 USD reservation deposit.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require cancellation; however, significant preparation costs and administrative efforts necessitate the following strict cancellation terms:
- More than 30 days before the course:
You may cancel your participation; however, the reservation deposit of $2,000 USD is non-refundable under any circumstances. Any additional payments made beyond the reservation deposit will be refunded through your original payment method. - Between 30 and 15 days before the course:
Cancellations within this timeframe incur a penalty of 50% of the total course fee ($6,950 USD). This penalty includes your non-refundable reservation deposit. The remaining 50% of the total fee (an additional $6,950 USD if already fully paid) will be refunded through your original method of payment. - Fewer than 15 days before the course or No-Show:
Cancellations fewer than 15 days prior to the course start date or failure to attend will result in no refund. Due to significant pre-course expenses—including university arrangements, hotel reservations, patients, clinical supplies, and administrative preparation—no exceptions can be made for last-minute cancellations or absences.
Exceptional Cases and Course Rescheduling
While our cancellation policy is strictly enforced, each cancellation scenario may be individually reviewed by our administrative team. In exceptional cases, and at the sole discretion of the Implantology Training Program, participants who cancel may be offered the possibility of transferring their paid fees (excluding the non-refundable deposit) toward participation in a future session. This transfer opportunity, however, is neither automatic nor guaranteed and must be agreed upon explicitly with our administrative team.
We strongly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance that covers tuition, travel expenses, and accommodation in the event of unforeseen cancellations or program adjustments.
